About Paulina
I represent people who’ve been injured or mistreated and deserve to be taken seriously. Before founding Belovarski Law, I spent five years defending corporations, insurers, and government agencies. I now use that insight to advocate for individuals, not institutions. Additionally, my husband is an ER doctor and together we educate the public on the intersection of medical and legal issues like “What People Get Wrong About Pain Showing Up Later” and “What Doctors Wish Lawyers Understood” (upcoming!).
My approach is grounded in compassion, courage, and clarity:
Compassion - every client deserves to be heard.
Courage - I don’t back down from powerful defendants.
Clarity - I communicate plainly so you understand the path forward.
I resolve most matters quietly and efficiently, and I litigate when justice demands it. As a mother of three, I understand what’s at stake when someone’s health, livelihood, or safety is threatened and I fight for outcomes that restore financial security, dignity, and stability.
